With over three decades of extensive experience in major infrastructure projects, Pramod has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise in project management and construction. Pramod’s career includes roles in well-known infrastructure companies such as WAPCOS (I) Ltd., L&T, Shapoorji & Pallonji Group, Shiga Energy, and C.S. Construction Pvt. Ltd. Pramod holds a diploma in civil engineering from Government Polytechnic, Kashipur, Nainital, Uttarakhand, and is an Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers (AMIE) with a B.E. qualification.
He has received recognition from the former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Shri. Chandrababu Naidu, in 2001 for his role in constructing AP Secretariat Block D. In 2003, he earned further acclaim from Shri. Chandrababu Naidu for completing the Hockey Stadium in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, in a remarkable 69-day timeframe. His exceptional performance in the construction of Microsoft Buildings 1 and 2 garnered him praise from Mr. Michael Holland, COO of Microsoft, in 2004. More recently, in 2023, Pramod was commended by GTA Chief Shri Anit Thapa and MLA Shri Ruden Sada Lepcha for his outstanding public relations skills and for achieving the fastest project completion in Kalimpong District, West Bengal.
